Let's talk

I build custom websites for businesses that need more than a business card: bookings, payments, automatic emails and an assistant that answers when you can't.

The problem

You don't lose customers because you have no website. You lose them because you can't get to everything.

  • The phone rings while you're working.

You can't pick up, and whoever called rarely calls back. They ring the next one on the list.

  • Your schedule lives between a notebook and WhatsApp.

Every change of time is three messages, and now and then two people end up with the same slot.

  • Someone asks a question on a Saturday night.

You reply on Monday morning. By then they have already hired someone else.

All of that is repetitive work, and repetitive work can be automated. That is exactly what I do.

What I do

Six layers that stack.

01

Websites that look good and show up on Google

Custom design, not a template with your logo on it. Fast to load, great on mobile and ready to rank.

  • Original design, built around your business
  • Genuinely fast, even on a poor connection
  • Ready for Google from day one
  • Legal notice and privacy policy up to date

02

That also do the work

The difference between a website that introduces you and one that takes work off your plate every day.

  • Bookings with places, waiting list and cancellation rules
  • Online payments: subscriptions, class packs, one-off payments and gift cards
  • Automatic emails: confirmation, reminder, payment notice, review request
  • An admin panel so you manage things yourself, without depending on anyone
  • Tasks that run on their own every night

03

With artificial intelligence built in

Not because it's trendy. Because there is repetitive work a machine does better, cheaper and at three in the morning.

  • An assistant that knows your business and answers at any hour
  • Captures and sorts contacts: the alert reaches you already summarised
  • Draft replies you approve with one click
  • An emailed report on how the business is doing, without asking for it
  • The repetitive work you do by hand today: reviews, invoices, follow-up, translations

04

And to bring people in: Meta campaigns connected to the website

A website that sells on its own is no use if nobody visits. Instagram and Facebook ads, set up to optimise for real sales and not for clicks. It runs on a website I've built: the events that make it work are written inside it.

  • Pixel and purchase, booking and contact events connected to your website
  • Events are sent from the server, so ad blockers don't lose them
  • The real amount on every sale: Meta learns to look for people who spend
  • Campaigns set up, monitored and adjusted month by month

05

And one that replies on Instagram when you can't

I set up and run the messaging assistant for your Instagram account and your Facebook page. The account stays yours, and so do the conversations: what I add is that nobody is left with an unanswered question.

  • Replies to people who comment on your posts, publicly and in private
  • Answers direct messages and replies to your stories
  • Only replies to people who wrote to you first: no cold messages
  • You or your team can take over the conversation whenever you like, from the app you already use
  • Connects to your account without installing anything, and disconnects whenever you say

06

And desktop programs, when what you need isn't a website

Not everything is solved inside a browser. Some work runs better in a program installed on the business's computer, and I build those too.

  • Internal tools built around how you work
  • Keeps working even if the internet goes down
  • Your data stays on your computer, if that's what you need
  • Can live alongside the website and share the same information

Real cases

Some of the businesses that stopped doing by hand what their website now does for them.

They are running right now. For the ones with a public website, you can open it and check for yourself.

Gede Studio

Ceramics academy in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona)

Nati already had a website, built with Wix. The problem wasn't not having one: that template didn't fit how an academy works, so everything it couldn't do (charging monthly fees, managing places, notifying people on the waiting list) ended up being done by hand, month after month. Now the website does it and she just teaches.

Bookings with capacity control
Every class has its places. When it's full, new people join a waiting list and are notified automatically if someone cancels. Late cancellations don't get the class back, and the system applies that rule, not an awkward conversation.
Automatic payments
Monthly subscriptions, class packs, single classes and gift cards. They renew on their own, and if a card fails the system tells the student without anyone having to chase her.
Automatic emails
Confirmation, reminder before class, failed payment notice, plan about to expire, review request. Nobody writes them: they go out on their own at the right moment.
Her own admin panel
Nati manages students, schedules, prices, website text and reports from her phone, without touching a line of code or calling me for a day-to-day change.

How I work

No surprises, no disappearing, and nothing technical for you to learn.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

You tell me what you do and where you lose time. No commitment and no technical jargon. If I think you don't need a website, I'll tell you.

  2. 02

A written proposal, with a price

I send you in writing what it includes, what it doesn't, what it costs (the project and, if you take it, the monthly fee) and by when. What the proposal says is what you pay: no surprises halfway through.

  3. 03

I build it and you watch it grow

I publish progress from day one at a private address. I don't disappear for a month and come back with something you didn't expect.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

I teach you to use the panel, in one session and with a video to refer back to. From then on you run it day to day, and I make sure it keeps working.

Pricing

You always start here

The website

fromUSD 440

The starting point, and the only thing you need to hire if you don't need anything else for now.

  • A custom website built around your business, not a template
  • Genuinely fast: speed is measured before it's delivered
  • Ready for Google from day one, with the data it needs to find you in your city
  • A form that captures the contact, saves it and alerts you immediately
  • A panel to change texts, photos and prices without calling me
  • Legal notice and privacy policy

Then you add whatever you need

Module · added to the website

Bookings and payments

from USD 550 setup

and from USD 11 more per month

For businesses with a schedule: workshops, academies, clinics, studios.

I'm interested
  • Fixed-day plans and flexible plans
  • A trial class that is deducted from the first month if they then sign up
  • Places per time slot and a waiting list
  • Cancellations with a deadline, and a freed place goes back to the calendar
  • Monthly payment by card, Bizum and gift cards
  • Reminders and confirmations that go out on their own

A ceramics workshop, for example

The website plus the bookings module: students register, choose a plan, pay and book their place on their own, and you change prices and schedules from the panel.

fromUSD 990and from USD 28 per month

The modules are built on top of this website, not on one you already have: that's what lets me guarantee they work. If you already have a website, on the call I'll tell you what can be reused. And if you can get by with less, I'll say so and you pay less.

How you pay

It doesn't leave your account all at once: the setup is split into 5 equal payments.

  • 20% to start work. It reserves your slot in my schedule and kicks off the project.
  • The remaining 80%, in four monthly payments. The first one a month after starting, and then one every month.
  • The monthly fee, if you take it, is separate and starts when the website is published, not before.

In the example above, the website with bookings, from USD 990, is paid in 5 payments from USD 198: one to start and four monthly.

The monthly fee, and what it covers

fromUSD 17per monththe website alone; each module adds its own share

If you only take the website, the monthly fee is optional. Without it I hand it over working on accounts in your name, which cost nothing for a website like this, and the only thing you renew is the domain, once a year. What you don't get is the 24-hour fix or the improvements: if you need something one day, I quote it separately or you sign up for the fee. With bookings or the assistant it always applies, because those are services that consume resources every month.

Support

If something breaks, I fix it in under 24 hours

This is what you're really paying for: the guarantee that the website works. The day it stops charging, sending an email or accepting a booking, you don't have to find anyone or wait for someone to have a free slot next week. You write to me and I fix it.

Once it's running, the website is from USD 17 a month, and every module you add adds its own share. It's what keeps everything working: hosting, database, domain, backups, the emails that go out on their own and security updates. One invoice instead of five services in your name to renew, pay and watch separately.

The website is built so that you run it. You change texts, photos and prices from the panel, whenever you like and without calling anyone: that's the normal way, and it's exactly what I aim for when I build it.

What isn't included are big changes: a new feature, a redesign. You tell me about it, I look at the work involved and give you the price before starting.

And it also includes

  • Hosting, database and backups
  • Domain and certificate always up to date
  • The automatic emails the website sends
  • Security updates and monitoring that everything stays up
  • The improvements I keep making to the system, without being asked

Questions

What people ask me before deciding.

jdev · questionsonline

How long does it take?

The website on its own, two to three weeks. With the bookings and payments module, four to six weeks. With the assistant, a bit more. I give you a specific date in the proposal and I stick to it; and if something slips, you hear about it before the day arrives, not after.

Contact

Tell me what you do and where your time goes.

I reply within one business day. If you'd rather write yourself, hola@j-dev.es.

Would you rather talk it through?
